Write to editorial@vaccines.ie for corrections, tips, or partnership questions. That address reaches the editorial team directly.

We aim to reply on business days, Monday through Friday. Most messages get an acknowledgment within 24 hours. If your question requires checking a source or consulting a health authority, we will tell you how long the full answer will take.

Corrections are a priority. If you spot a wrong vaccine name, an incorrect age range, a broken link, or any claim that could mislead someone making a health decision, send the URL and a short note explaining the problem. We will investigate the same day and post a fix or a correction note within two business days.

Tips about new immunization policies, eligibility changes, or emerging public-health questions are welcome. We do not pay for tips, but we will credit you by first name or anonymously if your suggestion leads to a new guide. Let us know your preference in the message.

Partnership inquiries should include a one-paragraph description of what you do, why you think a collaboration makes sense, and what you are asking for (a link, a guest post, a data share, or something else). We do not accept paid placements, link exchanges with unrelated sites, or requests to rewrite articles to favor a product.

We do not offer medical advice by email. If you have a question about your own vaccination schedule, your child's immunization record, or a reaction to a vaccine, contact your GP or local public-health clinic. We can point you to general resources, but we cannot replace a conversation with a healthcare professional who knows your history.

Messages are read by human editors, not chatbots. You will not receive an auto-reply with a ticket number or a satisfaction survey. If we need more information to answer your question, we will ask in a plain follow-up email.

Spam, threats, and commercial pitches unrelated to immunization or public health will be deleted without reply. Everything else gets a response.
