Vaccines.ie does not sell personal data. We do not rent email lists, share contact details with advertisers, or pass your information to third-party brokers.

When you fill out the contact form, we receive only what you type: your email address, your message, and any optional fields you complete. That data goes into a mailbox read by editorial staff. We reply, file the thread, and delete it when the conversation is finished or after one year, whichever comes first.

We do not require an account to read articles. You can browse every guide, archived post, and trust page without logging in or handing over an email address.

Technical logs record your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These logs are kept for up to 30 days to help us spot broken links, diagnose server errors, and block malicious traffic. After 30 days the logs are deleted. We do not use them to build profiles or track you across other websites.

Vaccines.ie does not use third-party advertising networks, social-media pixels, or behavioral tracking scripts. There are no Facebook pixels, no Google remarketing tags, and no hidden iframes that follow you around the web.

If we ever add analytics software, it will be a privacy-respecting tool that does not set cookies or store personal identifiers. We will update this page with the name of the tool and a link to its privacy policy before we switch it on.

Cookies are not used on this site today. If that changes, you will see a short notice on your first visit explaining what the cookie does and how to decline it. We will not hide the notice in a multi-page consent flow or trick you into clicking "accept all."

Email replies may pass through standard mail servers operated by our hosting provider. Those servers are located in the European Union and are governed by GDPR. We do not read your messages with AI sentiment tools or feed them into training datasets.

If you want your contact-form message deleted before the one-year retention window, reply to our acknowledgment email and ask. We will delete the thread within two business days and confirm when it is done.

This privacy policy applies to Vaccines.ie only. If we link to a government health portal, a research database, or another informational site, that destination has its own privacy rules. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your data.
